How much is Postage and Packing?
Prices vary by item:
£1.50 per item for T-shirts
£2.50 per item for Polo Shirts
£3.50 per item for all other items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times will vary, according to stock. Some items need to be specially ordered and will take longer to despatch. As soon as we receive your order, the merchandise manager will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date.

All UK orders are despatched by Recorded Royal Mail First Class Post. Royal Mail aim to deliver items the next day, but do quote up to 10 days for delivery.
All orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by Air Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 2 weeks but do quote up to 6 weeks.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept only PayPal for online ordering at present. It may also be possible to arrange payment by cheque - this will, naturally, take longer to process. Please contact merchandise@lisc.org.uk for more details. Of course, you can often purchase merchandise from the LISC stall at the Madejski at London Irish home games!
Can I use my LISC discount online?
Yes. Please ensure that you enter your LISC membership number when prompted. This is checked offline.
I'm not sure which size to buy. How big is 'Small', 'Large' etc?
Sizes do vary slightly from product to product. If in doubt about which size you need, please contact merchandise@lisc.org.uk.
What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?
At LISC, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase, which we believe you will be.
However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item(s), simply send them back, unused and in their original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact merchandise@lisc.org.uk for the return address.
Please ensure that you enclose a covering letter explaining the situation.
Is it possible to check the availability of an item?
Generally, we try to update the website so that out of stock items (or sizes) are not listed for sale. However, during times of very heavy demand, this may not always be possible. If you order an item, we will inform you if an item is out of stock, with options. Should you wish to check the availability of an item before you order, please contact merchandise@lisc.org.uk.
Can I track my order?
No. On payment, you will receive an email confirming your order details. For details about expected delivery times, please see above. You can, at any time, contact merchandise@lisc.org.uk with any queries.
Can I collect items which I have ordered online?
No, not at the moment. Possibly in the future.
How often do you get new stock?
This varies from product to product. Many products are made to a special order and will not ever become available again. Contact merchandise@lisc.org.uk with any queries.
