Membership Application Form 2007/08
Joining the LISC brings many advantages: entry to members-only events such as quiz nights, meet the ref or meet the coaches; priority booking for the dinner dance, regular copies of the eXile files magazine, subsidized travel to away games, priority bookings for certain matches and much more. This comes at a cost of only £10 per season (August to August)!
Please fill in the form below if you are applying to become a member of the LISC. Then click on the appropriate button. If you join online, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your application shortly afterwards. If you are renewing, you only need to fill in your membership number and email address (unless your details have changed). Payment options are:
- Send a cheque for the requisite amount to the secretary at this address
- By standing order: fill in the new member's form or renewing member's form, and send it to your bank.
- Pay via PayPal, by following the payment link which will appear on the screen after you have registered your details below. Payments through PayPal incur a 50p surcharge.
Standing order is very much the preferred method. Regardless of the method you use to join (electronic form submission or postal form), you can use any method of payment. Your membership will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Existing members only need to fill in their membership number and email address (unless their details have changed). Payment, using their membership number as a reference number, will be sufficient.
